BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina has added a useful feature for policyholders: a digital ID card.
In addition to the plastic card that is mailed to subscribers, you can access and save a digital version for easy reference and to use as a backup. You can easily access your digital ID card on a smartphone or a laptop and email it to a family member, pharmacy, or medical provider.
How members can access their BCBS SC digital ID cards:
Go to www.SouthCarolinaBlues.com and log in to My Health Toolkit®:
- On a computer: Under the “Insurance Card” section on the left, select “View Your Card.”
- On a mobile device: Select “Insurance Card” from the main menu.
The digital ID card is available to all BCBS members – including those on group plans or Marketplace plans.
