We enjoy utilizing “webshare” technology in our client meetings because it allows us to schedule a remote meeting with you where we can both talk with you and show you information (e.g. insurance quotes, policy details, etc.) from anywhere with a high-speed web connection. We use this system to review coverages and quotes, and to walk clients through online applications where we can – as with many life and health insurance carriers. We think it’s really cool!
You may have heard of GoToMeeting, the most famous service of this type. We use a lesser-known service called Yuuguu (that we’re quite happy with). The connection is completely secure and password protected, and there are no downloads required on your end.
