Silver Sneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65+ that is included with many Medicare plans. It gives you FREE access to thousands of gyms and studios (including many YMCAs, Planet Fitness, Curves, and many more).
You also get free access to online fitness classes (both live and on-demand) ranging from dancing to yoga and all kinds of other stuff.
Silver Sneakers is included in Medicare Advantage plans with Aetna, Humana, Devoted, and many other companies.
To use Silver Sneakers at the gym you just need to get your Silver Sneakers ID number and/or virtual card.
