Short-term health insurance plans are the most popular alternative to Obamacare. They are a great option to consider for people who don’t qualify for Obamacare subsidies and don’t have pre-existing health issues.
With a short-term health insurance plan you get solid major medical insurance coverage at a price that is much lower than a non-subsidized Obamacare plan. These plans don’t have as many bells and whistles, but will protect you from unexpected health costs, which is the point of health insurance.
